About the Role

The Data Management Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of Technology Master Data and documentation entered into SAP and adjacent systems. This role works closely with Engineering, other business functions, and process experts to ensure high‑quality master data, which includes materials, components, documents, product structuring, communication tools, and confidential documents. Master Data Systems may include, but are not limited to, SAP P31, EHSM, GTS, and PLM. Responsibilities cover operating system master data input, change data input, cross‑functional technology request processing, confidential document handling, material creation and substance compliance, as well as forms, workflow, and product structuring activities. • Create, maintain, and ensure accuracy of Technology Master Data in SAP and related systems. • Input and manage operating system master data and change data. • Process cross‑functional technology requests and confidential documents. • Perform material creation and substance compliance processing. • Manage forms, workflow, and product structuring activities.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least three years of hands‑on experience with SAP planning, buying, CCR, repair, or logistics, and demonstrate strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Teams, Excel, and Word. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential, along with a proven ability to drive process improvements in collaboration with cross‑functional teams. Preferred qualifications include two or more years of higher education and certifications such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or citizen developer status.
