About the Role
The Property Manager is responsible for the full management of the community, overseeing team leadership, vendor management, preventative maintenance, and enhancing residents' quality of life. The primary role is to serve the board in achieving their goals and vision for the community. What You Bring
The Property Manager must hold a licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) credential and be certified and licensed by the State of Florida. • Hold a valid LCAM license and Florida state certification • Live within 30 minutes of Singer Island

Benefits
Compensation is up to $135,000, depending on experience, and applicants must reside within 30 minutes of the Singer Island area. • Earn up to $135K depending on experience
