Clarion Housing Group is seeking an experienced plumber who also has skills in other trades to join their multi‑trade operative team and deliver first‑class service to properties across Tonbridge and surrounding areas. The operative will handle a wide range of maintenance tasks, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs, using both specialist and secondary trade abilities while meeting efficiency and deadline expectations. Candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence, pass a basic criminal‑record check, be eligible to work in the UK, and be willing to reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use. • Pass a basic criminal‑record check and be eligible to work in the UK. • Reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.

Benefits
The role is a permanent, full‑time position based in Tonbridge, offering a salary between £36,000 and £41,000 plus overtime, a company van, tools and a bonus scheme. • Receive a salary of £36,000‑£41,000 plus overtime, company bonus scheme, van and tools. • Enjoy a permanent 40‑hour week contract with regular overtime opportunities.
