Assemble and troubleshoot electrical panels per specifications and standards.

About the Role
• Assemble equipment according to approved design and customer specifications. • Troubleshoot wiring and circuits; wire according to NEC; read schematics. • Document and communicate changes and problems. • Assist with execution of ISO/Quality Standards. • Communicate with the project team on open issues and progress during the build process. • Support successful execution of programs related to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction. • Provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job.

What You Bring
Candidates must successfully complete a ten‑panel drug screen, a physical examination, and a background check as part of the hiring process. • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of electrical experience (preferred). • Electrical work experience in construction, residential, commercial, or manufacturing. • Related vocational education or Journeyman’s card (preferred). • Basic computer skills. • Intermediate knowledge of schematic interpretation, panel building, machine wiring, and troubleshooting. • Proven mechanical aptitude with focus on safety and quality. • Ability to lift up to 50 lb as required. • Ability to obtain Hi‑Lo forklift, aerial platform, and overhead crane licenses, plus lock‑out/tag‑out training while employed.
