About the Role
The Site Inspector will monitor all mechanical and infrastructure activities, verify adherence to shop drawings, project specifications, and international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, and IPC. Daily site inspections, preparation of inspection requests, and issuance of non-conformance reports will be conducted to drive timely rectification. Quality standards will be upheld to meet 5-star hospitality expectations for comfort, acoustics, thermal performance, aesthetics, and maintainability, while coordinating closely with civil, architectural, electrical, ELV, and interior fit-out teams. The role also includes witnessing testing and commissioning, maintaining daily site and quality reports, and ensuring strict compliance with HSE regulations. • Monitor and inspect all mechanical and infrastructure works for compliance with drawings, specifications, and codes. • Conduct daily site inspections, prepare inspection requests, and issue non-conformance reports. • Ensure quality standards meet 5-star hospitality requirements, including acoustics, thermal performance, and aesthetics. • Verify proper storage, handling, and installation of mechanical equipment per manufacturer and QA/QC procedures. • Witness testing and commissioning of systems and validate test results. • Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, ELV, and interior teams and attend progress meetings. • Prepare daily site reports, inspection checklists, snag lists, and de-snag reports. • Enforce HSE regulations, safe installation practices, and promote safety culture on site.

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Site Inspector (Mechanical-Infra) to join our team. The role involves day-to-day site supervision, inspection, and quality control of mechanical and infrastructure works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project standards. A strong focus is placed on luxury hotel and resort requirements, guest comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Proven experience on 5-star hospitality projects is required. A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university and a minimum of three years’ experience on large-scale hospitality projects are required. Candidates must exhibit strong attention to detail, excellent English communication and reporting skills, and the ability to work under pressure in fast-track environments. Proactive teamwork, problem-solving mindset, and familiarity with international procedures, design guides, and automated administrative practices are essential. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least three years’ experience on large-scale hospitality projects. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, English communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
