About the Role

The role requires collaborating with site teams and trade partners to create and maintain CPM‑based project schedules, supporting supervision through regular updates, and assisting site management with mitigation plans for scheduling challenges. What You Bring

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Scheduler II who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will oversee all planning and scheduling activities while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and confidentiality. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and possess at least two years of construction experience or equivalent training. Fundamental knowledge of scheduling principles, construction practices, plan reading, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and travel when required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
