What You Bring

Mortenson is seeking an experienced Scheduler II who can interact with staff at all levels in a dynamic environment. The Senior Scheduling Engineer will oversee all planning and scheduling activities while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and confidentiality. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field and possess at least two years of construction experience or equivalent training. Fundamental knowledge of scheduling principles, construction practices, plan reading, and strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively and travel when required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, and candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. The position offers a base salary ranging from $89,500 to $120,800, with higher ranges for certain locations, and eligibility for Mortenson’s incentive plan.
