About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance, and provide supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates standards to keep buildings/facilities clean and safe, operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed. ABM participates in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E‑Verify program to electronically confirm employment eligibility. E‑Verify helps ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. • Ensure facility operations comply with policies and procedures. • Coordinate daily tasks, delegate assignments, and provide guidance. • Supervise assigned location in the manager’s absence. • Maintain clean and safe environments using specialized equipment and cleaning chemicals. • Perform general janitorial duties as needed. • Provide reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities. • Participate in the E‑Verify program to confirm employment eligibility. • Provide training and career growth opportunities for veterans and post‑military personnel.
