What You Bring
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a TMA Operator with a current TMA ticket • Valid traffic control tickets and a Construction Induction Card • Current HR/MR truck licence (minimum requirement) • Strong safety mindset aligned with Downer’s Zero Harm initiatives • Proven ability to build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders • Availability for night shifts, emergency call‑outs, and weekends as needed • Proficiency with technology such as tablets and smartphones
