About the Role
The Contract Manager supports the Procurement Department by overseeing contract administration for the SR400 Express Lanes project. This role ensures that contractual obligations are met and risks are managed while working closely with project and procurement teams. The position also handles contract modifications and maintains liaison with legal and regulatory stakeholders. • Draft, review, negotiate and manage subcontracts, material, service, rental agreements and purchase orders. • Monitor contract execution for compliance with commercial terms, legal obligations and technical specifications. • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to flow down prime contract terms to vendors and subcontractors. • Identify contractual risks and opportunities early in procurement and execution phases. • Manage contract changes, variation orders and claims, drafting related correspondence. • Maintain organized contract documentation and support close‑out activities, including lessons learned. • Collaborate with legal, compliance and regulatory teams to ensure enforceability and obtain necessary permits.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or engineering with contract qualifications; LLM or MBA preferred. • Possess 7–10 years of contract management experience on large‑scale infrastructure projects, preferably transportation or P3. • Strong knowledge of commercial terms, risk allocation and state procurement regulations (GDOT a plus). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. • Excellent communication, negotiation, drafting and analytical skills; fluent English.
