About the Role
The role involves general labor and demolition work, using power tools, performing commercial flat roofing, moving materials, heavy lifting, job site cleanup (sweeping, removing materials, taking trash to dumpsters), loading and unloading, and other miscellaneous labor tasks as assigned. • Perform general labor and demolition tasks • Operate power tools safely • Execute commercial flat roofing work • Move materials and handle heavy lifting • Clean job sites, sweep, remove debris, and transport trash to dumpsters • Load and unload equipment and supplies • Complete miscellaneous labor tasks as assigned • Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) • Provide own tools as needed

Most positions are first shift with a pay scale of $20‑$26 per hour based on experience and skill level.
