About the Role

The Assistant P6 Scheduler will develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, inputting activities, durations, logic ties, and milestones. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, performing critical‑path and float analysis, preparing schedule reports and presentations, and supporting time‑impact analysis and delay‑claim documentation. The role also involves coordinating subcontractor and supplier schedules, attending planning meetings, and maintaining scheduling documentation. • Develop and maintain Primavera P6 project schedules. • Input and update activities, durations, logic ties, and milestones. • Monitor progress, perform critical‑path and float analysis, and identify risks. • Prepare schedule reports, charts, and presentations for stakeholders. • Coordinate subcontractor and supplier schedules with the master schedule. • Support time‑impact analysis and delay‑claim documentation.

What You Bring

A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with 0–2 years of scheduling or project‑control experience in construction. Candidates must be proficient in Primavera P6, familiar with construction processes and terminology, and skilled with Microsoft Office. Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities, as well as the capacity to work under tight deadlines in a team environment, are essential. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Possess 0–2 years of scheduling or project‑controls experience and basic Primavera P6 proficiency.

The position offers a salary between $110,000 and $150,000, depending on experience.
