About the Role
As a Web Production Specialist you will shape the digital experience for a global audience, collaborate with XP design, engineering, content strategy, and broader marketing teams, and directly influence how customers, partners, and stakeholders interact with the brand online. • Manage and publish website content updates (landing pages, navigation, etc.) in the CMS, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance. • Upload, curate, and publish assets in Adobe Digital Asset Manager following naming conventions and best practices. • Collaborate with marketing teams to translate content requests into high‑quality web deliverables. • Ensure content renders correctly across browsers and devices; troubleshoot publishing issues with design and engineering teams. • Work cross‑functionally to improve content publishing workflows, governance, and efficiency. • Document and maintain publishing processes and workflow updates for operational consistency. • Participation in Equinix‑sponsored retirement and savings plans (DCPP, RRSP, TFSA).

What You Bring
• Experience managing and publishing content within an enterprise‑level CMS. • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and their impact on web content. • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA) and commitment to best practices. • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity and deadlines. • Experience using project management tools; familiarity with Jira is helpful. • Experience working with AEM, creating content and experience fragments. • Experience managing international websites with a translation management system. • Familiarity with AI‑enabled workflows for content production or site optimization. • Experience supporting website redesigns or large‑scale transformations.
