About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a property, handling tours, lease paperwork, lead follow‑up, resident complaints, retention programs, and office upkeep, while meeting attendance and on‑site requirements. • Show and lease units to prospective residents, qualify leads, conduct tours, and complete lease paperwork. • Generate new leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up to close sales. • Respond to prospect inquiries within 24 hours and track leasing data accurately. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and meet or exceed leasing goals. • Perform administrative tasks, including lease audits, unit walk‑throughs, and turn processes. • Address resident complaints, requests, and ensure overall resident satisfaction. • Develop and implement resident retention initiatives such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan execution and ongoing market surveys and analysis. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor service request response times, and uphold community policies. • Maintain a clean and orderly office, common areas, and model unit. • Meet on‑site attendance requirements and be able to work overtime, weekends, and nights as needed.

What You Bring
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; understand Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physically able to climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb, work in confined spaces, and operate equipment or vehicles.

Benefits
• Compensation includes $16–$18 per hour, benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401(k) match, commissions, performance bonuses, paid sick days and holidays.
