About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor at C&W Services, performing custodial duties in line with company standards, instructions, and procedures. This full‑time third‑shift position runs Sunday through Thursday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors and interior surfaces. • Operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot‑clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, chairs, door trim, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Wash windowsills, interior glass, doors, partitions, and interior walls. • Clean and restock bathrooms, including fixtures, supplies, and waste removal, and report defects. • Collect building trash, replace liners, and place waste in approved containers. • Sweep or shovel snow from entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic polishing, wall washing, leather and wood surface care, and other assigned tasks.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team. The individual must be capable of using cleaning tools and equipment, including a portable backpack vacuum, and demonstrate attention to detail, pride in service, organization, high energy, and endurance.
