About the Role

The Project Manager will review specifications, prepare technical submittals, order materials, manage start‑up documentation, coordinate equipment delivery, monitor costs, conduct on‑site reviews, resolve technical and financial issues, and maintain project profitability. Travel up to 30 % nationally for key milestones. • Review project specifications and drawings against sales orders • Prepare technical submittal and drawing packages • Order Caterpillar and non‑Caterpillar materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery • Manage start‑up process and documentation with contractors, engineers, customers, owners, utilities, sales staff, and service technicians • Coordinate equipment delivery to job sites • Monitor project costs and coordinate billing for invoicing • Perform on‑site job reviews and attend construction meetings as needed • Provide technical and financial problem resolution with multiple parties • Maintain accuracy of technical and financial data to protect gross profit • Travel 25–30 % nationally for delivery, startup, and commissioning milestones
