About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of a community, including handling service requests, preventative maintenance, staff and vendor oversight, safety compliance, and resident customer service. Working closely with the Community Manager, the supervisor ensures that repairs, inspections, and emergency responses are executed efficiently and that the property remains safe and well‑maintained. • Oversee daily maintenance operations, service requests, and preventative programs. • Coordinate and schedule work orders, ensuring timely repairs for common areas and units. • Inspect properties daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage inventory of supplies and adhere to budget guidelines. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, providing daily performance feedback. • Conduct on‑call emergency response and participate in unit inspections. • Deliver excellent resident service, monitoring request turnaround times. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations. • Maintain reliable transportation for emergency calls.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, possess EPA and CPO certifications (HVAC preferred), and have basic computer skills for on‑site software. Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws, OSHA requirements, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks—such as lifting 100+ lb, working in confined spaces, and responding to on‑call emergencies—is essential. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent; EPA & CPO certification required, HVAC preferred. • Ability to use on‑site software and basic computer skills. • Meet physical demands of lifting 100+ lb, working in confined spaces, and overtime/on‑call availability.
