About the Role

As a Project Manager in Project and Development Services (Chennai/India), you will work closely with the project manager or senior project manager, taking ownership of small projects while supporting larger ones. You will lead the organisational structure for each project, streamline reporting and communication, and ensure clear objectives are set. You will maintain strong, positive client relationships by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints, while balancing JLL’s business interests. This includes spotting opportunities to introduce prospects to other JLL business lines and managing project revenue and payment cycles to avoid bad debt. You will manage professional consultants for design and documentation, handle contract administration of vendors in line with legal requirements, and identify project risks with mitigation measures. Health, safety and sustainability remain front‑of‑mind, and you will act with urgency to solve problems, improve services, explore new markets and implement strategies. • Engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders and see things from their perspective. • Bring a structured and organised approach to everything they do.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a degree in a property‑related discipline and at least three years of experience in design, construction or project management.
