About the Role

In this role you will lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists to deliver the organisation’s business goals. You will work closely with joint ventures and partners to optimise performance in the Aftermarket category, and manage internal stakeholders to ensure bottom‑line cost and delivery targets are met through clear strategies and execution plans. • Lead and develop a team of Procurement Specialists to achieve business objectives. • Manage contracts with joint ventures and partners across EMEA and the USA. • Optimize Aftermarket performance through close collaboration with JV partners. • Establish and execute strategies to meet cost, delivery and contractual targets. • Negotiate and align stakeholders on strategic plans and execution. • Leverage financial metrics to ensure profitable outcomes. • Contribute to Rolls‑Royce’s inclusive, innovative, high‑performing culture.
