About the Role
The role involves safely operating a heavy‑duty commercial truck on swing routes, navigating residential, commercial, and construction environments. Drivers must adhere to OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Key duties include conducting pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections, reporting unsafe conditions or incidents, and participating in required training and briefings. Drivers collaborate with route managers to improve efficiency, assist fellow drivers, and ensure containers are dumped, positioned, and the site left clean. All route documentation and customer tickets must be completed at the end of each shift. • Operate heavy‑duty commercial vehicle safely on residential, commercial, and construction sites. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections using DVIR and report any issues. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, or service calls promptly to management. • Participate in required training, briefings, and meetings. • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency and address unsafe accounts. • Assist other drivers as directed and follow assigned route schedules. • Dump containers, position them upright, replace lids, and keep the site clean. • Complete and submit customer tickets and end‑of‑route documentation.

What You Bring
Applicants need at least two years of experience operating a CDL‑class B vehicle or equivalent recent military driving experience, be 18 years or older, and be legally eligible to work in the United States. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. The position requires physical capabilities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing to perform daily tasks safely. • Minimum 2 years of CDL‑class B driving experience (or recent military driving). • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, crouch, reach, handle, sit, talk, and hear as required.
