About the Role

Dodge Construction Network seeks a Planning Data Specialist III (West) to oversee an assigned territory, building and maintaining relationships with owners, architects, general contractors, and construction managers while conducting research to secure project data. This full‑time role reports directly to the Manager of the Planning Team. Key duties include targeted outreach to introduce Dodge’s value, researching and verifying commercial construction project information, and accurately entering data into the Dodge platform. The specialist owns data quality, meets performance metrics, provides coverage for backlogged regions, and responds to customer inquiries via Teams or email. • Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, GCs, and CMs in the assigned territory. • Conduct targeted phone and email outreach to introduce Dodge and secure data sharing. • Research, collect, verify, and enter commercial construction project information into the platform. • Provide coverage for open or backlogged regions and respond to customer inquiries via Teams or email.

What You Bring

The position is remote, home‑office only, and candidates must reside in one of the specified western states. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time, with an expected travel requirement of about 5%. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least three years of construction industry experience (or equivalent customer‑care experience). Candidates must demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, advanced internet research skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, remote environment. • Own data quality and meet performance metrics by updating project stages accurately and on time. • Leverage 3+ years of construction or customer‑care experience, strong communication, and expert internet research skills. • Work independently in a remote environment, adhering to a Monday‑Friday 8‑5 PT schedule with minimal travel.
