About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst on the Group FP&A team delivers high‑level financial review and strategic analysis to support senior leadership and the Board. This role consolidates company‑wide performance, drives budgeting and forecasting, and produces accurate reporting and commentary to shape decisions and optimize profitability in a fast‑paced environment. • Conduct high‑level financial analysis of group performance, identifying risks and opportunities. • Prepare board presentations, memos and quarterly commentary with clear insights on trends and variances. • Perform scenario analysis incorporating macro trends, initiatives, and special projects. • Collaborate with finance teams across Sunbelt to gather data, validate assumptions and ensure alignment. • Support improvement of FP&A processes, tools and reporting frameworks for efficiency and transparency.

What You Bring
Physical demands include the ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach and lift up to 25 pounds, as well as occasional driving, loading heavy equipment, and working in extreme weather or non‑standard hours. All duties must follow Sunbelt’s safety policies, with reasonable accommodations available under ADA/ADAAA. • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. • Possess public accounting background (preferably Big 4) and knowledge of 10‑K, 10‑Q, IFRS, US GAAP, and financial statements. • Demonstrate advanced Excel, PowerPoint and presentation skills, with strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to lead, influence and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. • Physical ability to bend, squat, lift up to 25 lb and work in various weather conditions as required.
