About the Role
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex airport design projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements. • Serve as primary client contact, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, and approvals throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and planners to provide fully integrated planning and design solutions. • Oversee data analysis and preparation of key planning outputs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. • Review technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness, manage project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Lead with 20‑25 years of professional experience in the aviation sector. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing complex airport design projects and leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, integrated solutions. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil, structural or related engineering. • Minimum 20 years of project management experience, including at least 10 years in the aviation sector. • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera. • In‑depth knowledge of airport design regulations and standards.
