About the Role
• Monitor equipment and material deliveries for contract compliance. • Observe contractor work for quality and adherence to project requirements. • Maintain detailed records of construction progress and installations. • Prepare and update marked prints for record drawings. • Calculate monthly and final payments for contractor work. • Coordinate testing services, observe on‑site testing, and review lab reports.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BS/BA in construction management, engineering, or a related field and have at least eight years of experience in water/wastewater infrastructure construction, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license and Microsoft Office proficiency. Preferred qualifications include fifteen years of oversight experience, expertise with electrical and instrumentation & control equipment, and strong communication and documentation skills. • Minimum: BS/BA in construction management, engineering, or related field with 8+ years water/wastewater infrastructure experience. • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass AECOM motor vehicle records review. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Preferred: 15 years overseeing water or wastewater treatment facility construction. • Experience with electrical and instrumentation & control equipment replacement. • Strong communication and documentation skills.
