Lead design and delivery of water and wastewater projects in Queensland

About the Role
In this role you will plan, program and coordinate studies, investigations, design and construction management projects, acting as Design Manager or Project Technical Lead to ensure outputs are on budget, on time and of high quality. You will develop strong client relationships by delivering valuable business solutions and understanding client needs. • Coordinate multidisciplinary technical inputs to deliver integrated water and wastewater solutions. • Lead engineering projects, manage internal teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely, high‑quality outputs. • Conduct internal technical reviews, verification checks, and design coordination meetings with clients. • Prepare contract specifications, scopes of work, and technical schedules. • Support delivery teams during design and construction, providing senior leadership. • Identify and develop relationships with utility and water‑focused clients aligned with business strategy. • Contribute to proposal and bid development, ensuring high‑standard submissions. • Provide learning and talent development programs, global and online training, and mentorship opportunities.

What You Bring
• Hold a tertiary engineering qualification with CPEng and RPEQ (or eligibility) and at least 10 years water infrastructure design and construction experience. • Demonstrate exceptional leadership, problem‑solving, negotiation, and report‑writing skills.
