About the Role
The Leasing Consultant role encompasses all aspects of leasing, marketing, and resident relations for a property, requiring daily onsite presence, prospect engagement, lease administration, and execution of retention initiatives. • Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; conduct tours and sign leases. • Generate leads, schedule appointments, maintain model units, and follow up with prospects. • Complete leasing paperwork, perform lease audits, unit walks, and turnover processes. • Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours. • Apply sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed leasing goals. • Handle resident complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction. • Develop and execute resident retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Assist with annual marketing plan, market surveys, and competitive analysis. • Provide excellent customer service and monitor service request response times. • Enforce community policies as delegated by the supervisor.

What You Bring
• Require High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs, climb ladders, work in varied environments, and work overtime as needed.
