About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining safety while guests enjoy the pool area. You will provide outstanding safety by observing guests, performing rescue practices as needed, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations. The position supports the creation of unforgettable vacation experiences for both guests and owners. • Welcome guests and owners with a friendly demeanor. • Coordinate all activities at the pool. • Assist and support emergency care and treatment when needed. • Respond to any incident or emergency around the pool areas and facility. • Notify appropriate authorities and prepare written reports on accidents, incidents, hazards, and suspicious activities. • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.

What You Bring

• Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, heat/cold, dust, and noise. • Preferred: possess a lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid certification or obtain after hire.
