About the Role

Working closely with the Production Manager, the role supports the maintenance group to meet operating plan goals, ensure compliance with EHS rules, and drive equipment reliability while minimizing downtime. • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians, mechanics, and electricians. • Schedule, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. • Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime. • Ensure work complies with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements (OSHA, NFPA, etc.). • Oversee spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and contractors. • Implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs. • Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and equipment history using CMMS software. • Support capital projects, new equipment installations, and plant upgrades. • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to maintenance staff. • Monitor and report departmental KPIs such as downtime, maintenance costs, and PM completion rates.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma (or equivalent), with a technical degree or certification preferred, and bring at least five years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory experience. • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree/certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical preferred. • Minimum five years of industrial maintenance experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role preferred. • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems. • Proficiency with CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
