About the Role
As a senior leader you will own regional quality, drive initiatives that improve product compliance, customer experience, risk management, continuous improvement and cost of quality. The role requires a collaborative mindset and a culture that encourages open reporting of quality issues. • Ensure compliance with wing-to-wing quality standards and drive process improvements to achieve Zero Defects and Right First Time for Cordant Software and OTR. • Develop and implement the agreed vision and improvement strategy. • Manage customer quality relationships and address priority issues. • Analyze customer feedback and drive satisfaction improvements. • Oversee Cost of Quality, non-conformance, risk, audit and preventive actions promptly. • Communicate high-level concepts to senior leadership and foster cross-functional collaboration. • Coach and develop peers and subordinates, introducing proactive quality approaches.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. • Possess several years of experience in software development, quality assurance and customer interaction. • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication, teamwork, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to coach and mentor at all organizational levels. • Obtain (or be in process of obtaining) Lean Six Sigma certification – Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt. • Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems. • Proven ability to lead programs/projects, including documentation, planning, marketing and execution.
