About the Role
In this role you will perform clerical work that includes reviewing, processing, and maintaining basic accounting and construction‑related documents. You will work directly with regional management, project managers, and the accounting team, filing and organizing both paper and electronic records, and ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely payment of subcontractors. Key duties involve reviewing invoices for proper documentation and approval, entering invoices daily with correct approvals, and processing two‑ and three‑way purchase order invoices while acting as the primary contact for internal and external customers to resolve issues. You will also prepare accurate documents, manage records, and perform other related tasks as required. • Review, process, and maintain accounting and construction documents. • Collaborate with regional management, project managers, and accounting staff. • File and organize paper and electronic office documents. • Ensure accurate and timely payment of subcontractors. • Verify invoices for proper documentation and approvals before payment. • Enter invoices daily with appropriate approvals. • Process 2‑way and 3‑way purchase order invoices and resolve related issues. • Prepare and manage records and documents efficiently.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate has at least three years of clerical experience, a proven track record of high‑quality work, and strong problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software, excellent time‑management, multitasking, and accurate data computation skills are essential. • Minimum three years of clerical experience. • Strong proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and databases. • Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities. • Ability to perform accurate data computations and reporting.
