About the Role

The Systems Implementation Consultant (Oracle Unifier specialist) will work with a skilled global team to deliver end‑to‑end digital solutions for clients. Responsibilities span capturing client requirements, configuring and customizing Unifier workflows, supporting rollouts, communicating architecture, managing risks, and facilitating workshops and training. The role also involves producing technical documentation, validating data integrity, reviewing configurations for compliance, and contributing to internal methodologies. • Capture client requirements and develop Oracle Unifier configuration strategies. • Design and customize business processes, forms, and workflows to meet client needs. • Lead stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and communicate solution architecture. • Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. • Validate data accuracy and ensure system configurations comply with standards. • Produce documentation, specifications, data models and actionable reports. • Mentor team members and contribute to internal methodologies and knowledge sharing. • Support bid proposals and act as an ambassador for Turner & Townsend’s digital services.

What You Bring

Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent experience in project controls, construction technology, or IT systems, with prior Oracle Unifier configuration and deployment experience preferred. Required technical skills include knowledge of Primavera P6, ERP integration, workflow design, data governance, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI), basic SQL, and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs. Personal attributes such as strong communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset are essential. • Required: degree or equivalent experience in project controls, construction tech, or IT. • Desired: proven experience configuring and deploying Oracle Unifier. • Technical skills: Primavera P6, ERP integration, workflow design, data governance, BI reporting, basic SQL, REST/SOAP APIs. • Personal skills: strong communication, facilitation, analytical thinking, proactive and detail‑oriented approach.
