About the Role
In this role you will monitor and administer the business provisions of prime and sub‑contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. You will handle contract negotiations for projects ranging from $20 million to over $200 million, working with both private and public sector clients domestically and abroad. You will apply a thorough knowledge of the principles governing business terms and conditions of contracts being negotiated. • Review client contracts to identify risks and ensure policy conformity. • Lead negotiations with federal and commercial customers. • Propose alternative clauses to align contracts with company business. • Conduct legal, risk, tax, and accounting reviews before management approval. • Participate in negotiating teams with business development and project management. • Monitor prime contract compliance with terms and conditions. • Advise the Contracts Manager on scope, financial, and risk issues. • Oversee contract administration activities within designated market areas. • Resolve significant prime contract problems independently. • Provide guidance to junior Contract Administrators.
