About the Role
The successful candidate must prioritize safety, work independently, and perform tasks such as smoothing freshly poured asphalt, shoveling materials, operating an asphalt rake to achieve fine‑grade specifications, site clean‑up, flagging, and assisting other workers as directed. They must also follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA/environmental regulations. • Operate asphalt rake to level to fine‑grade specifications. • Perform site clean‑up, flagging, and other assigned duties. • Assist other workers and follow management directions. • Adhere to company policies, OSHA/MSHA, and environmental regulations.

What You Bring
Candidates must be dedicated to safe work practices, able to work outdoors in extreme conditions, and flexible to work nights, weekends, and overtime.
