About the Role

The main purpose of the role is to support the Commission Manager by taking responsibility for allocated tasks, delivering excellent client service, and ensuring client objectives are met through effective post‑contract cost management. • Manage post‑contract cost variances, change control and interim applications. • Ensure accuracy of work produced and take personal responsibility. • Support commission lead with timely production of information and reports. • Interface with clients, contractors and other consultants as required.

What You Bring

• Good knowledge and experience in Real Estate/Property sector with a professional cost consultancy. • Experience in post‑contract services, interim applications, change management and variation valuation. • Familiarity with standard form contracts, preferably FIDIC, and contract procedures. • Professional demeanor and confidence in role execution. • Ability to work confidently with contractor personnel. • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. • Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience, including UAE experience. • Professional membership (e.g., MRICS) advantageous. • Strong knowledge of construction industry and technical matters.
