About the Role
Lead Knowledge Management System Specialist – Join Baker Hughes’ Subsea Production Systems team, a world‑leading energy technology business that designs smarter systems for offshore oil and gas extraction. You will oversee system architecture, integrate additional applications, manage access permissions, and align the KM platform with other engineering and quality systems. Maintaining a strategic vision, you will drive content management, system upgrades, and the promotion of KM best practices across all Baker Hughes sites. • Review and improve SharePoint system architecture, incorporating Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. • Design, implement, and maintain workflow automations and custom applications to enhance KM efficiency. • Manage user access, permissions, and security across the KM platform. • Integrate additional tools and align the KM system with engineering and quality management applications. • Lead content management, system upgrades, and the promotion of Knowledge Management best practices company‑wide.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and has extensive experience administering SharePoint, creating Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI solutions. Strong communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 are essential, while fluency in Portuguese and willingness to travel are advantageous. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline. • Demonstrated expertise in SharePoint administration and Power Platform development. • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite; Portuguese language skills and willingness to travel are a plus.
