What You Bring
The successful candidate will work as a Multi‑Trade Operative, combining carpentry and plumbing expertise with additional trade skills to maintain and repair properties across Camden and surrounding areas. Responsibilities include responsive repairs, void works, property MOTs and a variety of specialist and secondary trade tasks, all delivered efficiently and within set deadlines. A strong focus on first‑class customer service to residents is essential. Applicants must be a reliable, experienced carpenter and plumber with proficiency in other trades and a commitment to high‑quality customer care. A valid UK driving licence is required as a company vehicle will be provided for work use. The role also requires clearance through a basic criminal record check, eligibility to work in the UK, and residence in England or Wales for the duration of employment. • Utilise carpentry, plumbing and additional trade skills to complete tasks efficiently and meet deadlines. • Hold a valid UK driving licence; a company van will be provided for work use. • Pass a basic criminal record check and be eligible to work in the UK (must reside in England or Wales).
