About the Role
The Manager, Product Marketing – Government & SLED will define and execute go‑to‑market strategies, create thought‑leadership content, and partner with Sales, Product, and Government Affairs to align messaging with procurement and compliance standards. The role requires a strategic B2B marketer who can communicate technology value within regulated, compliance‑driven industries and bridge innovation with mission‑critical outcomes. • Develop and launch go‑to‑market strategies for state, local, federal, and education markets. • Align messaging with procurement and compliance standards by partnering with Sales, Product, and Government Affairs. • Produce case studies, webinars, and thought‑leadership content that showcases transparency, accessibility, and efficiency gains. • Represent Matterport at public sector and education conferences to boost brand visibility. • Support RFP responses, pilot programs, and outreach campaigns through cross‑functional collaboration. • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve reach and ROI.

What You Bring
Success in this position demands at least five years of B2B marketing experience, preferably with technology or SaaS products for government or education audiences, and a strong understanding of public procurement processes. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (master’s preferred), possess excellent storytelling and presentation skills, and be analytical, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment. • Minimum five years B2B marketing experience, preferably with SaaS for government or education. • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. • Strong understanding of public procurement processes and compliance requirements. • Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation skills. • Analytical, data‑driven mindset to turn insights into actionable strategies. • Highly collaborative and adaptable in a fast‑paced, regulated environment.
