Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The position involves troubleshooting a variety of service issues, from HVAC and appliances to carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. Technicians must maintain both interior and exterior areas according to company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws, and they must handle service tickets efficiently. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing problems. • Maintain interior and exterior property areas per standards and regulations. • Respond quickly to maintenance tickets and update residents and staff. • Participate in rotating on‑call duty and be prepared for emergencies.

What You Bring

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with rotating on‑call participation required and readiness for emergency events. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, be within a 30‑minute commute, and preferably hold HVAC/EPA/CFC certification along with at least one year of related experience. • Hold a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and live within 30 minutes of the property. • Preferred HVAC/EPA/CFC certification and at least one year of related experience.
