About the Role
The role involves managing day-to-day plot sale transactions for assigned regional Taylor Wimpey Business Units. You will work closely with the Business Unit’s Sales and Technical teams, delivering comprehensive reporting and monitoring to track the progress and completion of each plot sale. You will act as the primary liaison for plot progression and part‑exchange resale, proactively managing transactions to help Business Units meet their exchange and completion targets. The position requires handling high‑volume work while maintaining calm, adhering to compliance standards, and supporting team training and continuous improvement. • Oversee conveyancing process from draft contracts to successful new‑home completions. • Stay informed on home‑ownership schemes, sales incentives, and affordable housing disposals. • Conduct purchaser due diligence and address AML requirements, including source‑of‑funds checks. • Generate and manage correspondence, pre‑ and post‑completion documentation, and accurate reports. • Achieve departmental performance targets and support Business Units in meeting goals. • Maintain paper‑less file management and proactively plan workflow with line managers. • Collaborate with colleagues, provide support during peak periods, and assist the Divisional Legal Manager with training. • Engage in continuous improvement by developing technical expertise and attending relevant training.

What You Bring
• Minimum three years’ experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing with strong knowledge of conveyancing processes. • Proven ability to handle high‑volume workloads while remaining calm and organized. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. • Excellent communication skills and ability to analyse complex legal issues quickly.
