• Lead with Safety First, ensuring wellbeing, compliance, and sustainable delivery. • Design and implement client‑focused PMO and Project Controls frameworks. • Uphold integrity by driving accountability, strategic outcomes, and positive impact. • Mentor teams, foster innovation, and create opportunities for excellence. • Manage PMO and Project Controls delivery, designing frameworks and overseeing performance. • Partner with clients and stakeholders to meet expectations and build strong relationships. • Drive governance, reporting, baselines, risk, and quantitative analysis to achieve objectives. • Champion net‑zero transition by integrating disciplines, supporting resourcing, and promoting sustainability.
