About the Role
The Project Architect III will plan and develop medium‑to‑large, complex projects with minimal supervision, coordinating project teams across all design phases. Responsibilities include interpreting assignments, preparing technical documents, developing design solutions, leading technical coordination of drawings, and participating in QA/QC efforts while mentoring junior staff. The individual must balance multiple projects, meet budget and schedule constraints, and lead initiatives that enhance the firm’s culture and capabilities. • Lead conceptual and detailed design phases for medium‑to‑large projects. • Serve as SME on specialized systems, code application, materials, and assemblies. • Coordinate project teams, internal staff, and design sub‑consultants throughout all design stages. • Produce technical documents, drawings, and conduct QA/QC reviews while mentoring junior staff. • Manage multiple projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. • Promote firm culture through initiatives, knowledge sharing, and capability building.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a professional architecture degree from an accredited institution, maintain an active architectural license, and have at least eight years of relevant experience. Required technical skills include high proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture 2022, and familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and CMAP scheduling and job‑costing tools. The role also expects active pursuit of LEED accreditation, participation in industry events, and strong English communication abilities. • Hold a professional architecture degree, active licensure, and 8+ years of experience. • Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD Architecture 2022, and familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook, Procore, and CMAP scheduling and job‑costing. • Pursue LEED accreditation and maintain licensure through required LUs.
