About the Role
Operates a wide variety of heavy equipment vehicles that spread and compact demolition, soil remediation, and waste at post‑collection facilities or job sites. Work hours are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Thursday. • Operate heavy equipment for spreading and compaction of demolition, soil remediation, and waste. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance with accurate record‑keeping. • Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment. • Follow standard operating procedures for vehicle operation and maintenance. • Travel between job sites as needed, working within a cohesive team. • Work may involve occasional physical effort handling objects under 30 lb and exposure to cuts, burns, or toxic chemicals.

What You Bring
The work environment combines shop and field settings, exposing employees to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, and occasional occupational hazards; motor coordination and finger dexterity are required for most of the day, with occasional handling of objects under 30 lb. • Minimum five years of relevant experience. • Hold a TWIC card (or obtain one) and a valid driver’s license; commercial license with air‑brake endorsement preferred. • Ability to operate various soil excavation/remediation equipment.
