Autodesk is seeking experienced construction‑industry professionals to drive digital transformation through the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC). Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Success, the role leads technical engagements with large North American AECO customers, partnering with Customer Success Managers to deliver both standardized and custom solutions aligned to the Customer Success Plan. As a trusted technical advisor, the incumbent will provide health checks, custom workflows, training, dashboards, reports, and integrations that help customers achieve business outcomes and maximize ROI. The role requires a deep, current knowledge of AEC industry processes, adjacent technologies, and market trends, enabling the ability to position ACC’s value effectively. Responsibilities include acting as a subject‑matter expert, designing and demonstrating solutions, discovering customer workflows, building dashboards and reporting, and aligning implementations with best‑practice digital‑transformation and change‑management frameworks. Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external networks is also essential for sharing insights and promoting the Autodesk brand. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the AEC or AEC‑technology sector, a solid understanding of SaaS adoption, and a proven record of leading successful technology‑change initiatives. A forward‑looking mindset, strong analytical skills for platform data, and willingness to travel for customer engagements are required. The ideal candidate is passionate about construction digitization, enjoys shaping scalable processes, builds trusted advisor relationships, and thrives in cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable business value. • Possess 5+ years of AEC or AEC‑technology experience and a solid understanding of SaaS adoption. • Demonstrated success leading technology change‑management initiatives and implementations. • Ability to travel as needed for customer engagements and internal collaboration. • Passion for construction digitization, proactive problem‑solving, and delivering measurable ROI. • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, including executive‑level discussions.
