About the Role

• Deliver CDM and health & safety consultancy services to clients from the Sheffield office. • Understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure consistent service excellence. • Develop and improve CDM and H&S systems and processes for greater efficiency. • Provide expert advice and act as Principal Designer, guiding clients on CDM legal responsibilities. • Build positive relationships with existing and new clients as a trusted advocate. • Represent Turner & Townsend professionally in meetings, negotiations, and communications. • Manage commissions, aligning client expectations with Turner & Townsend's business management system. • Conduct H&S performance reviews, audits, and compile pre‑construction information and H&S files. • Liaise with SHQ and colleagues to support team effectiveness, quality, and project profitability.

What You Bring

• Hold NEBOSH Construction Certificate and NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and a full UK driving licence. • Possess GradIOSH (or equivalent) and membership of the APS. • Demonstrate experience as a Principal Designer and extensive knowledge of CDM regulations. • Exhibit excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines.
