3rd Shift Maintenance Technican
Maintain and repair quarry equipment on 3rd shift, including welding and fabrication.

About the Role
• Repair and maintain crushers, conveyors, screens, and other quarry equipment. • Fabricate, cut, and weld replacement parts for plant repairs. • Perform routine servicing and general maintenance across the plant. • Conduct regular equipment inspections for wear, damage, or potential failure. • Follow company policies, OSHA/MSHA, and environmental safety regulations.

What You Bring
Safety excellence is a core expectation, and the technician will operate within OSHA, MSHA, and environmental guidelines while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates must possess strong mechanical aptitude, prior fixed‑plant maintenance experience, and proven welding and fabrication skills. The position requires self‑motivation, the ability to work independently, flexible scheduling, and effective communication and organizational abilities. • Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine problems. • Demonstrate a strong safety focus and mechanical aptitude. • Require prior fixed‑plant maintenance experience with crushers, conveyors, and screens. • Must have proven welding and fabrication expertise. • Self‑motivated and able to work independently without close supervision. • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time‑management skills. • Team‑player mindset and ability to work outdoors in dust, noise, heat, or cold.
