About the Role
The representative promotes and maintains positive interactions with homeowners and Lennar trade partners, exercising sound judgment. They oversee daily trade partner activities, ensure work follows schedules and scopes, and approve invoices up to $1,250 upon satisfactory completion. Additional duties include conducting pre‑closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, 30‑day post‑close visits, and certifying home completions. The role also supervises community amenities and stays knowledgeable about local HOA fees, schools, and services. • Promote and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and trade partners. • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in customer interactions. • Manage daily trade partner activities according to schedules and scopes of work. • Approve trade partner invoices up to $1,250 after satisfactory job completion. • Conduct pre‑closing meetings, demonstrations, celebrations, and 30‑day post‑close visits. • Review and certify completion of each home within the assigned community. • Supervise community assets such as entry features, roads, ponds, common areas, and signage. • Provide expert knowledge of HOA fees, local schools, restaurants, and shopping. • Ensure compliance with manufacturer product recommendations. • Perform physical duties including lifting over 50 lb, climbing ladders, and working in all weather conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent) and preferably a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three years’ experience directing and supervising customer‑facing work in homebuilding is required. A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance are mandatory. Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, document management, blueprint reading, and MS Office (Word, Excel) is expected. Strong communication, follow‑up, and time‑management skills are essential. The position demands more than eight hours of work per day, including the ability to operate a vehicle, climb ladders, lift equipment over 50 lb, and occasionally operate construction equipment. Employees must be able to sit at a computer for extended periods and work in a construction environment under all weather conditions. Physical dexterity for keyboard and calculator use is also required. • Meet minimum qualifications: high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years supervisory experience in homebuilding. • Hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and auto insurance. • Demonstrate proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, blueprint reading, and MS Office (Word, Excel). • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication, follow‑up, and time‑management skills.
