About the Role

The role involves deploying HR policies, programs, and initiatives—such as employment, compensation, labor relations, training, talent acquisition, and development—to enhance the site’s organizational capability. It also includes supporting local recruiting by conducting interviews, managing selections, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines and goals. The incumbent will assist managers and employees in applying HR tools to improve performance, drive culture, and support succession planning and retention. What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. At least three years of experience as an HR Generalist, including leadership of employee‑relations, training, onboarding, workforce planning, and performance‑management initiatives, is required. Applicants must reside within 50 miles of Carol Stream, IL, and be bilingual in English and Spanish.
