About the Role

What You Bring
The role reports to the Head of Maintenance and involves a five‑day workweek, including weekends and Bank Holidays, operating on a shift/rota schedule. Candidates must have their own transport due to the resort’s location. • Possess good working knowledge and experience in at least one trade. • Communicate clearly and listen attentively. • Hold a minimum Level 1 health and safety certification. • Demonstrate proven experience in a similar maintenance role. • Exhibit strong general maintenance skills. • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure. • Self‑motivated, capable of independent and team work. • Uniform provided for a professional appearance.
