About the Role
The role involves in‑shop welding and fabricating a variety of components, including structural steel, storage tanks, and equipment for the food and beverage industry, using multiple welding processes. Candidates will also handle pipe welding and field installation of diverse material systems. • Weld catwalks, platforms, storage tanks, I‑beams, and other structural steel components. • Fabricate equipment and assemblies for the food and beverage industry. • Perform MIG, Stick, TIG, Flux Core, and Dual Shield welding. • Pipe welding and field installation of carbon steel, stainless steel, exotic alloys, ductile iron, and CPVC systems. • Complete other assigned welding and fabrication tasks. • Use the TradeGig app to view opportunities, set notifications, and express interest.

What You Bring
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flat Welders for projects located in the Brownsville, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career. Applicants must have at least two years of welding experience, with fabrication background considered a plus, and must be able to pass a weld test. • Minimum 2+ years of welding experience. • Fabrication experience is a plus. • Pass a weld test.
