About the Role

The Technician 1 position performs preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and, at specialty locations, large generators, pumps, HVAC and oil‑&‑gas gear. What You Bring

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED; trade‑school training is a plus. One to three years of experience servicing diesel, heavy‑construction, or specialty‑line equipment is strongly preferred. Successful candidates may need to provide their own tools and should possess knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting fundamentals. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment is essential, and bilingual ability (Spanish or other) may be required depending on location. The job requires physical activity such as bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 lb or more, both indoors and outdoors.
