All positions are full‑time permanent with a guaranteed 40‑hour work week. Current vacancies include Class 2, 4, 5 driver‑operators (approximately 40 % driving and 60 % labouring), excavator operators, candidates with drainage experience, and individuals with general civil construction skills. The ideal candidate is keen to develop skills and receive training for road maintenance and construction, holds relevant licences, possesses a positive can‑do attitude, works collaboratively, commits fully to a zero‑harm environment, and can undertake occasional travel. • Driver Operators Class 2, 4, 5 (40% driving, 60% labouring) • Drainage experience • General civil construction skills • Keen interest in developing skillset and training for road maintenance and construction works • Relevant licences (beneficial) • Flexibility to undertake occasional travel
